The peasant families that make up the FCC organizational process offer a diversity of products where life is protected, conserving the soil, water, biodiversity, the diversification of crops, the conservation and recovery of creole and native seeds to guarantee food sovereignty, peasant identity and the implementation of zero pesticide policies. Thanks to these practices, the coffee we produce has a high degree of specialty. Our coffee is socially and environmentally responsible, protecting the health of people, nature and the territory.
The FCC, in its important mission to dignify the life experiences of peasant families in the department of Cauca, has been developing a line of services based on the strengthening of traditional practices for agricultural production and caring for the environment, training on agroecological processes and training services for the production of agro-inputs. In addition, the collection and marketing service in each of the headquarters of the Base Organizations is highlighted, as well as their organizational strengthening.
