Young People FCC

Young people are a fundamental pillar in the Farmer Federation of Cauca. They have a space for political participation within the organizational process and participate in training processes generated by the FCC Farmer School, which tries to strengthen the young farmer’s roots in their territory, based on what we have called “GENERATIONAL COMPLEMENTARITY”.

Its regulations consider the following objectives:

  • Generate actions aimed at the rescue and conservation of the farmer identity as a process of social transformation.
  • Generate empowerment of young people in the socio-organizational process of the FCC.
  • Promote the training and leadership of young people inside and outside the organization.

Objectives on which it is expected to contribute to the improvement of some living conditions of rural families in the center of Cauca.
